Mr. Charchenko joined Wedbush Securities in the Summer of 2004. He is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree and California State University, Long Beach with a Masters in Public Administration. Mr. Charchenko has been a prominent figure in the California Public Finance community for over 25 years. Mr. Charchenko is the Head of the Fixed Income Division and is located in the Los Angeles office.
