| Jim Stricklin |

Mr. Stricklin joined Wedbush Securities in October 2008 from Peacock, Hislop, Staley & Given, Inc., when the firm was acquired. He has more than 25 years of experience and has been responsible for public finance innovations, program development and implementation in areas including advance refunding, general obligation and unique revenue bond work. Mr. Stricklin has developed and implemented financings programs for numerous municipal issuers. In addition, Mr. Stricklin worked for Ernst & Whitney (now Ernst & Young) for three years, where his responsibilities included advanced municipal refunding verification, bond issue design and municipal budget formation. He passed the CPA exam and completed the certification requirements in 1984. Mr. Stricklin is a supporter, or member of various professional organizations including the Arizona League of Cities and Towns, the Arizona City Managers Association, GFOA, GFOAz, the Arizona School Boards Association, the Arizona Hispanic School Administrators Association and the Arizona Association of School Business Officials.
Mr. Stricklin has a bachelors degree in finance, accounting and real estate from the University of Arizona. His professional registrations include Series 7, 53 and 63.

Mr. Given joined Wedbush Securities in October 2008 from Peacock, Hislop, Staley & Given, Inc., when the firm was acquired. Mr. Given was one of nine former officers of YSP who established Peacock Hislop. Mr. Given has more than 27 years of extensive experience in all aspects of public finance. He has overseen the development of more than 100 advance refunding programs on behalf of Arizona municipalities and has represented the firm as senior banker in the issuance of more than 250 separate Arizona municipal financing transactions. Mr. Given has represented many high profile and proliferate Arizona issuers such as Phoenix, Tucson, Chandler, Mesa, Goodyear, Maricopa County, Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University, as well as numerous school districts which include Scottsdale Unified School District, Tempe Elementary School District, Tempe Union High School District, Paradise Valley Unified School District and Apache Junction Unified School District.
A graduate of the American Graduate School of International Management in Glendale, Arizona with a masters degree in international finance and management, he also holds a bachelors degree from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. His professional registrations include Series 52.

| Ms. Suzanne Gibbs |

Ms. Gibbs joined Wedbush Securities in 2008 from Peacock, Hislop, Staley & Given, Inc. Ms. Gibbs has more than 20 years of Public Finance experience and is a Vice President in the Phoenix office. Ms. Gibbs specializes in providing assistance with municipal bond disclosure, financing alternatives and implementation financings for Arizona municipal issuers. In addition, Ms. Gibbs provides expertise with accessing State and federal financing programs such as the (Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA), Greater Arizona Development Authority and the United States Department of Agriculture / Rural Development (USDA / RD)).
Ms. Gibbs rejoined the Firm after serving three years as the Finance Director for the Greater Arizona Development Authority ("GADA"). During her tenure at GADA, Ms. Gibbs facilitated the issuance of over $23 million of Infrastructure Revenue Bonds and addressed funding alternatives for the infrastructure needs of numerous rural, suburban and metropolitan communities throughout Arizona including Cottonwood, Gilbert, Holbrook and Flagstaff. Prior to joining GADA, Ms. Gibbs was a Vice President of Public Finance at Peacock Hislop where she worked for twelve years. Municipal clients currently served by Ms. Gibbs include the Cities of Coolidge, Goodyear, Surprise and the Town of Gilbert. Ms. Gibbs has also worked with Wickenburg Hospital, Casa Grande Regional Medical Center, the Beatitudes as well as Lincoln. She is a member of the Government Officers Association of Arizona ("GFOAz") and the Arizona Association of School Business Officials ("AASBO").
Ms. Gibbs received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University. Ms. Gibbs has served on committees in support of the Governor's Rural Development Conference which assists rural municipalities with local issues. Ms. Gibbs holds her Series 52 license.

| Ms. Erika Miller |

Ms. Erika Miller joined Wedbush Securities in 2008 after 5 years in the Public Finance department at Peacock, Hislop, Staley & Given, Inc. She is an Assistant Vice President in the Phoenix office. Ms. Miller specializes in disclosure matters and is responsible for providing technical support to senior bankers and training analysts and administrative staff for the department. Her municipal experience includes performing bonding capacity analysis and interacting with verification agents, insurance companies and bidding underwriters. Ms. Miller has worked on financings including the cities of Mesa, Goodyear, Surprise, the town of Gilbert, and school districts which include Apache Junction Unified School District, Bagdad Unified School District, Scottsdale Unified School District, Yuma Union High School District, Tempe Elementary School District and Tempe Union High School District.
Ms. Miller graduated from the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications with a minor in small business. Ms. Miller is currently pursuing her Masters of Public Administration at Arizona State University. She is a fifth generation Arizona native and a member of the Government Officers Association of Arizona ("GFOAz") and the Arizona Association of School Business Officials ("AASBO"). She has served on committees and presented at the Arizona Association of School Business Officials conference. Ms. Miller is also actively involved with The Junior League of Phoenix, Inc. Her professional registrations include Series 7 and 63.
