Senior Research Associate
We are seeking experienced, fast-paced, professionals to provide industry focused sell-side institutional research coverage of companies. Position includes: contributing to research reports, performing financial and valuation models, conducting regular due diligence of covered companies and investment banking prospects, and detailing new company developments.

Seeking team players who are knowledgeable in financial modeling and valuation analysis. Position includes: conducting specific industry and market research, analyzing financial statements, reviewing and assessing business plans, managing day-to-day contact with clients and related parties and performing presentations to colleagues and clients.

Seeking candidates to participate in the aggressive expansion of our NASDAQ Trading Desk. Ideal candidates will have worked on a desk that facilitates high amounts of institutional order flow.
Individuals should have a minimum of 2 years of industry experience as a market-maker (with an emphasis on capital commitment for institutional accounts), demonstrated profitability in their trading activities, a team-oriented professionalism, and a desire to participate in developing a growing institutional business.
