Investment Banking Analyst
We are currently seeking an Analyst to support our Investment Banking division. This detail-oriented Analyst will be responsible for executing corporate finance transactions including private placements, mergers & acquisitions, private and public offerings, and leverage buyouts and valuations. This position will also include preparing client presentations, performing due diligence on companies, and financial modeling. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree. Financial industry internships or 1-2 years of related experience required. Excellent written and oral communications skills a must. Working knowledge of Word, Excel required; Access and PowerPoint preferred.

Research Associate
We are currently seeking an associate who will collect and organize corporate financial and industry information, assist in the preparation of reports, and manage the report distribution process including proofreading, communicating with institutional sales and coordinating with print and publishing vendors. The associate will assist in the preparation of research notes, update research reports on Intranet and answer broker queries. This person will also be responsible for updating earnings estimates and the filing system and working on special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Business or a technical discipline, with a GPA of 3.0 or better. Financial industry internships or 1-2 years of related experience required. Must have excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively with limited supervision. Strong computer skills and Intra/Internet skills required.

Credit Officer Trainee
We are seeking a Credit Officer Trainee to enforce rules and regulations of the Exchange, which includes maintaining house policies with respect to any extension of credit. Review account activity to detect any trading patterns which might relate to financial or regulatory exposure. Qualified candidates will have excellent communication, customer service, telephone and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Word and Excel is required. College degree is required.
