Wedbush Morgan Securities celebrates our history every year on Founder's Day. On June 30th, 2000, we had our first annual celebration representing the day that our firm received brokerage approval from the New York Stock Exchange in 1955. Founder's Day is just one of our many events characterizing our heritage and core values. Aloha Days is another established tradition where we dress in Hawaiian garb every Friday during the summer, in honor of our Honolulu office. Because our firm views each colleague as an integral part of our growth and prosperity, each employee is invited to our annual Shareholders' meeting. At this meeting, our Directors speak openly about the financial status of Wedbush Morgan Securities as well as answer questions from our colleagues. One of the most memorable events each year is the Annual WMS Family Picnic where colleagues bring their families together to share in the spirit of Wedbush Morgan Securities. Of course, no year would be complete without our annual Holiday Party. Our Holiday Party is full of cheer, delicious food, and even tree trimming.

Years ago, Wedbush Morgan Securities formed the Customer Commitment Committee (CCC) to advance our level of customer service to a new dimension of excellence. Committee members act as conduits with other employees to communicate high standards of performance and to bring worthy suggestions to the attention of the Management Committee.
