Job Description:
Provide primary research, financial analysis, financial modeling support to a sell-side Equity Research Analyst who covers a life sciences sector. This is an outstanding opportunity for the individual who wishes to leverage his/her scientific knowledge and passion for the financial markets into a career as an Equity Research Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Will assist with conducting regular due diligence on covered companies; conduct industry, market and company research; build and maintain financial models; contribute written sections to reports on covered companies; interact with internal sales force
Job Qualification:
Advanced degree in life sciences discipline; FINRA Series 7, 86 and 87 licenses; two years of sell-side equity research experience in life sciences sector. CFA desirable. Exceptional writing skills essential;
Must currently reside in greater NYC area within commuting distance to mid-town Manhattan. U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents only. No Visa Sponsorship. No student resumes, please.
