Job Description:
The selected candidate will provide Sales and administrative support to customers and stockbrokers. Also, will greet and interact with customers both in person and on the phone; will maintain client and account information and assist brokers with special projects as needed.
Job Qualification:
- High School diploma required, some college desirable;
- Series 7 licenses preferred/desirable
- At least 1-2 years of broker/dealer sales support experience required.
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Financial services/securities industry experience desirable
- Basic/working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment (multi-line phones, FAX, computer and keyboard skills)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook/E-mail
- BETA experience highly desirable
- Good quantitative skills and ability
- Accurate data entry skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor essential
- Positive "Can-Do" Attitude; ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
Note: candidates must currently reside within reasonable commuting distance; must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident. No H-1 or Student Visas.
