PICNIC DETAILS
Tickets
Keep an eye out for an email from Crowdpass with your unique QR codes—one for you and one for each of your guests. These QR codes serve as your tickets and are required for entry into the stadium. If your plans change or if one of your guests is no longer able to attend, please email brand@wedbush.com.
Entrance & Check-In
Please check in at the Center Left Field Gate and have each attendee’s QR code ready for staff to scan. A wristband will be given to each attendee to use throughout the event.
Parking & Details
Parking is complimentary for all vehicles. Please enter through the Sunset Gate at 1000 Vin Scully Blvd. and inform the parking attendant that you are with Wedbush. You will be directed to park in Lot G.
At the Heart of the Field
You’ll find plenty of seating options in Centerfield Plaza, including tables, chairs, benches, and umbrellas for your comfort. While furniture isn’t allowed on the outfield grass, guests are welcome to bring picnic blankets to relax and enjoy the day
Dodger Team Store Access
Looking to pick up some official Dodgers gear? The Dodger Team Store will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Top Deck near Lot P. The store is not accessible from inside the stadium and not walkable from our private entrance. If you’d like to shop, we recommend driving directly to Lot P before or after the event.
Important Reminders
Wedbush is not responsible for covering your travel or hotel accommodations related to this event. If you have any questions, please speak to your Manager/EVP for approval.
Additionally, all colleagues must sign the Dodger waiver electronically before attending the picnic. Please click the link below to complete it. Guests are not required to sign.

Comfortable Attire
Wear casual clothes and shoes — you’ll be on your feet and on the field.
Sun Protection
Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat. We’ll be spending most of our time outside! Check the Weather Here.
A Camera or Phone
You’ll want to capture the fun (and those stadium views)
Bring Your Mitt – and Leave the Rest!
Jump in on the field games and catch some fun — just bring your mitt and leave the rest. (Please no bats, balls, or cleats.)
Refillable Water Bottle
Water stations will be available throughout the stadium.

The whole ballpark is ours from 11 AM–3 PM — plenty of room to mingle, roam, and enjoy.

COLLEAGUE CONDUCT
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we want to highlight the expected conduct for all colleagues attending this company-sponsored event. You’re encouraged to have fun and take part in the festivities while following the guidelines below:
1. Alcohol (21+)

If you choose to consume alcoholic beverages, please do so in moderation.

Colleagues are not permitted to bring or serve alcohol. Professional bartenders will be on site to serve drinks.

Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited for colleagues under the legal drinking age of 21 years of age.

2. Conduct

3. Attire
Event-appropriate attire is encouraged.
4. Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted within the stadium.
5. After the Event
Please make arrangements for your transportation ahead of time, whether through public transit, rideshare services, carpooling, or taxi options.
