Biography

Heather Kilbourne, MBA is a Vice President, Investments at Wedbush Securities in the Traverse City office. Heather is committed to using her experience and knowledge to help her clients understand and feel comfortable with their investments. With over 25 years of experience in the finance industry, she is committed to educating her clients on making informed investment decisions. Prior to joining Wedbush, she worked at Raymond James and Stifel Nicolaus. She and her business partner, Jerome F. Hartl, CMT, created The Hartl Group in 2015.

Through the development of personalized investment strategies, Heather assists her clients in reaching their short and long-term financial goals. She specializes in financial planning to serve the unique needs of her clients that want more than a computer-generated asset allocation portfolio, and helps her clients achieve their financial goals. Her clients appreciate the peace of mind they have knowing Heather is always looking out for their best interests.

Heather has lived her entire life in Michigan and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ferris State University and received her MBA from Lake Superior State University. She and her husband successfully raised three amazing children, with her youngest starting college this fall. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and Mia, her Great Dane puppy, reading historical fiction, traveling, and attending classic car events.
