Ken Hutkin

Biography

Ken Hutkin brings over 30 years’ experience to his role as Managing Director, Investments for the New York office of Wedbush Securities. Passionate about Wall Street from a young age, he was inspired to pursue a career in Finance and previously served as Senior Vice President & Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley.

As a former business owner and entrepreneur, Ken is able to understand the challenges faced by professionals and business owners, which provides him the ability to design custom tailored solutions and financial plans. He has a knack for navigating through complex financial issues and prides himself on his ability to listen carefully to his clients’ challenges and goals so as to formulate appropriate investment plans into simple and clear actionable items.

Originally from Philadelphia, Ken has lived in New York on and off for the last 30 years. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland in English and Philosophy and did graduate work at Villanova University and Pace University in New York City. He takes personal pride in raising his four sons. In his free time he enjoys coaching football, baseball, and basketball, playing tennis, adventure travel, and collecting East Asian art.
