Biography

At Willis Wealth Management, we are dedicated to serving our clients and our community. We believe clients come first and work to help protect their financial success. We emphasize the careful nurturing of relationships in order to build a financial portfolio for each individual’s, or family’s needs. We work daily to help our clients navigate the complexities that drive their financial futures, and understand how to best utilize the necessary tools to maximize returns while minimizing risk.

Roc Willis is an esteemed Financial Advisor with more than 37 years of industry experience. He began his career at Merrill Lynch and four years later he moved to Morgan Stanley where he became a Producing Manager and opened their Vancouver, Washington Office that grew to 14 Advisors during the following five years. After several promotions, in 1997 he became Morgan Stanley’s Manager of the Los Angeles Complex where he supervised more than 110 Advisors. In 2011 he joined Wedbush because he sought the environment and culture of a smaller firm that focused on client needs and included a unique culture and independence. Within four years he became one of two Division Managers and served on the Management Committee before deciding to return to his roots in the Northwest in 2017, as an Advisor, working with individual families and investors.

Roc recently formed Willis Wealth Management with his eldest son, Adam. Together they receive great joy out of helping their clients identify needs and risk parameters, to develop and implement a solid financial strategy for their client’s financial success. Roc’s clients trust him and have expressed their gratitude by telling him that they have never dreamed they would be in the position they are financially, and credit him for that progress and accomplishment.

Roc is native of the Portland, Oregon area, a father of four and grandfather of three (so far, he says). He lives with his wife, Lisa and their two younger children, in West Linn, Oregon, on the Willamette River. He notes that their property is where the wagon trains crossed the river after completing their journey West on the Oregon Trail. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, boating, scuba diving, golf and hiking.
