DIVERSITY EVENTS & CELEBRATIONS

Our Wedbush Inclusion Networks (WINs) serve as diversity champions and are essential to fostering an inclusive workplace at Wedbush. The WINs regularly offer a variety of virtual and in person opportunities for Colleagues to create a culture of belonging, raise awareness regarding diversity and inclusion, and give back to our communities through volunteerism.

Throughout the year, we create an office culture where everyone can feel comfortable and included. Some of our annual events include: Aloha Fridays, Founder’s Day, holiday parties, women’s networking mixers, and department breakfasts.
