Our Wedbush Inclusion Networks (WINs) serve as diversity champions and are essential to fostering an inclusive workplace at Wedbush. The WINs regularly offer a variety of virtual and in person opportunities for Colleagues to create a culture of belonging, raise awareness regarding diversity and inclusion, and give back to our communities through volunteerism.
