The Foundation’s program is the start of a challenging and rewarding long-term career. Through a combination of Senior Financial Advisor Mentorship, educational zoom sessions, and in-person training at our headquarters, Foundation’s offers a comprehensive education for the next generation of Wedbush Financial Advisors.

FOUNDATIONS SELECTION PROCESS

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University and or a proven business track record.

Candidate must have a disciplined work ethic, leadership skills, strong business development planning skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.

Candidate must have a passion to learn and apply technical knowledge and skills related to successful financial planning.

Final selection is determined after a thorough interview process and approval of a Senior Financial Advisor as well as Senior Management approval.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AS A FOUNDATIONS MEMBER?

A three year measurable goal-driven program which includes comprehensive training, coaching, and support.

Daily one-on-one mentorship from a Senior Financial Advisor.

Firm sponsored educational training zoom sessions.

In-person headquarter training and introductions to management and department heads.

Ongoing calls with many successful Financial Advisors discussing their best practices.

Idea sharing sessions with your Foundations colleagues.

In-depth technology training including coaching on leveraging money guide pro for financial planning.
