Michael Kaye is a Managing Director, Equity Sales within Wedbush’s Technology team, specializing in digital assets and technology. With over 30 years of experience spanning trading, investing, and institutional sales across global markets, Michael brings an approach rooted in delivering in-depth perspectives on the rapidly evolving digital assets ecosystem. He serves institutional accounts and family offices with timely and in-depth perspectives. 

Michael’s career has spanned the full spectrum of markets. On the buy side, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Balyasny Asset Management in Chicago and held a Portfolio Manager role at SAC Global. On the sell side, Michael built his institutional sales career at Deutsche Bank, Citi and Rothschild & Co. Redburn, before serving as Managing Director at BTIG heading up the digital assets team. Recently, he deepened his expertise in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency and the broader digital ecosystem through managing a digital asset fund.
