Peg Jackson

Managing Director, TMS Investment Banking

Peg Jackson is a Managing Director in Investment Banking on Wedbush’s Disruptive Technology, Media & Sports team. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in advising software and tech-enabled service companies, with a particular depth in marketing technology, ecommerce enablement and data analytics. Her deal credentials span M&A, equity capital markets, SPAC, and corporate finance transactions on a global basis. 

Peg most recently served as Managing Director within the Stifel Technology Investment Banking group. She joined Stifel following its acquisition of Mooreland Partners in 2019, where she had previously served as Managing Director. Prior to this, Peg held the position of Managing Director at NeoCarta Ventures, where she focused on media and communications investments. Throughout her career, Peg has worked with prominent companies such as Microsoft, IBM, WPP and Integral Ad Science as well as leading private equity firms including Vista Equity Partners, Thoma Bravo and GTCR. Earlier in her career, she worked for NBC and Reuters, giving her a rare combination of operating, venture capital, and investment banking experience.  

Peg brings a differentiated perspective to her clients, combining deep sector knowledge with a senior-led process built on rigorous market awareness and precise execution.  Peg holds an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown.
