Mike became a registered financial advisor in 1994 and has over 20 years of experience in the securities industry. He prides himself on his commitment to provide consistent, professional advice to his clients. He approaches the financial advisory process by first partnering with his clients to establish realistic goals and strategies. Then, through applying time-tested tools and techniques, he creates customized financial plans, monitors performance and adjusts portfolios as needed based on changes in objectives or market conditions. Mike is a graduate of California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1992.

Stephen Pitchkolan, Vice President, Investments, Partner

Steve has over 20 years of experience as a financial advisor. He is passionate in delivering a consistent, yet customized, wealth management plan. His plan consists of understanding client needs, establishing financial objectives, developing and implementing appropriate strategies, and monitoring performance to ensure the client meets their goals. He is fully committed to his clients and delivers a unique value proposition. Steve is a graduate of Western State College of Colorado where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

Kelly K. O’Brien, Relationship Manager, Registered Client Associate

Kelly entered the securities industry in 2014 with Alliance Bernstein’s Private Client division. During her time at Alliance Bernstein she obtained her Series 7 and 63 licenses while servicing high net worth clients with custom allocations, estate planning, retirement planning, charitable gifting, taxes, and more. She prides herself on excellent client service and maintaining strong, lasting relationships, which we view as an integral component of a full-service financial team. Kelly graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science.
