Biography

Catherine Theisen at Wedbush Securities is dedicated to providing an integrated, unbiased, solution-oriented approach to her clients' wealth management needs. Through her processes, she identifies solutions to preserve, control and manage wealth, then integrates all aspects of her clients' financial needs into a cohesive, risk adjusted, investment plan.

For her plan sponsor and trustee clients, who have the legal responsibility of managing assets on behalf of others, she provides guidance in procedural prudence so fiduciaries can meet the Global Fiduciary Standard of Excellence demanded by UPIA (Uniform Prudent Investor Act) and ERISA. Properly designed processes help fiduciaries effectively fulfill their duties under the law and avoid potential liabilities.
