Tim Cook, CEO of Apple (AAPL), stated that the company’s sales have started to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. He additionally stated the tech giant will be slowly re-opening Apple stores and implementing new safety measures such as: temperature checks, health screens and face mask requirements. Although the company has shown signs of positive recovery, the tech innovator has not produced an earnings forecast. Equity Research Analyst, Dan Ives, appeared on Bloomberg to discuss why he believes producing a forecast does not provide support to the company during the COVID-19 outbreak.
