Francis heads Wedbush’s mobile capital formation business, focused on at-the-market offerings and stock repurchase programs. He is based in the firm’s New York office, and reports to EVP and Head of Investment Banking, Burke Dempsey.
Francis has more than two decades of experience in capital markets as a trader, treasurer, securities exchange executive, and investment banker. He has covered a variety of sectors and executed many financing and M&A transactions. His skill set complements Wedbush’s processing infrastructure and desire to offer clients low-cost best execution.
