Denver, CO – September 24, 2019 – Wedbush Securities is pleased to announce its sponsorship of the 5th annual Tall Tales Ranch Hoedown, taking place from 6:30pm-9:30pm(MT) on September 28, 2019 at Colorado University South Denver (“CU South”), also known as the home of the Wildlife Experience, just south of Denver, in Lone Tree, Colorado. The firm’s wealth management office in Denver is a proud first-time sponsor of the annual benefit that supports the Tall Tale Ranch mission of providing a life sharing community for those with and without disabilities.
The Tall Tales Ranch was born out of a desire for an inclusive community for those that are neuro-typical and those with special needs. The annual Hoedown event raises awareness and funds to build a fully operational community complete with 28 apartments and retail space for the members to work. The hoedown will feature live and silent auctions, as well as the event’s big draw, a talent show that celebrates the beautiful spirit of the Tall Tales Ranch ambassadors.
Wedbush’s Denver office colleague Trish Kennedy knows first-hand how beneficial an organization like Tall Tales Ranch can mean for her and her son Chase, who was diagnosed shortly after birth with Tuberous Sclerosis, and serves as a Tall Tales Ranch ambassador. It gives us a hope for a brighter tomorrow, community and support throughout the lives of our children and loved ones with special needs.”
